great expectations doula services

I teach affordable private childbirth education classes in the comfort of your own home and at a time of your choosing.  My course is comprehesive and designed to empower expecting couples to make informed choices about pregnancy, labor and birth.  Couples will receive a copy of the textbook Preparation for Parenting by the Family Way as well as other materials as a part of the course.

There are several advantages to a private prenatal class:

• The class is unbiased and tailored to your specific needs.
• The class is at a time convenient for you and in your home.
• The class allows you to discuss personal issues at ease.
• Ideal for a mom on bedrest or activity restrictions.

But most of all, independent classes teach expectant couples to advocate for the birth they want....the difference can dramatic!

Pricing:

Breastfeeding and Infant Care class (2 hours)             $40

Complete Childbirth Class (6 -9 hours)                         $100

Refresher Childbirth Class (3 - 5 hours)                        $65

Natural Childbirth, refresher or complete                       same as above

For those using both my doula services and taking a childbirth course, I offer a package rate of $430.
